Guided meditation

I have made it easy for you to start your meditation on your own at home. You can listen to my four guided meditations at any time. This is a very good preparation before going on my retreats. Make a good setting before starting the meditation. Make yourself a quiet spot. Sit down in front of a candle. Place yourself in a comfortable position for 20 minutes. Remember to end your meditation with Closing Meditation.
